The following general terms of use have the purpose to provide a legal framework to the procedures by which the website and the services are made available by HS Projets and to define the conditions of access and of use of the services by « the User ».
The herein general terms of use (CGU in French) are available on the website under the heading « CGU».

The website can be accessed free of charge from anywhere by all Users with an access to the Internet. All costs borne by the User in order to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connexion, etc.) are to his expense.

The website is exempted from declaration to the CNIL (French National Agency regulating data protection) given that it doesn’t collect any data about the Users.

Article 4: Intellectual property

The brands, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the website (texts, illustrations, sounds ….) are protected by the French Code of intellectual property and more specifically by the author’s copyright.
The brand “Festival International des Textiles Extra ordinaires” is a registered trademark by HS Projets, an Association under the French law of 1901 (concerning non-profit organizations). Any representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation, partial or whole of this trademark, whatever its nature, is totally prohibited.
The user must ask the prior authorization to the website for any reproduction, publication, copy of the different contents. He commits to use the contents of the website in a strictly private context. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly forbidden.

In his publications, the member commits to respect the Netiquette rules (good practice Internet rules) as well as legal rules.
The website is entitled to moderating the publications and reserves the right to refuse their on-line release, without having to justify its decision to the member.
The member remains the owner of the whole of his intellectual property rights. But, by publishing a publication on the website, he surrenders to the publishing firm, the non-exclusive and free right of representing, reproducing, adapting, modifying, broadcasting and distributing his publication, directly or by an authorized third party, worldwide, on any support (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property. The member surrenders, in particular, the right to use his publication on the internet and on mobile phones networks.
The publishing firm commits to mentioning the name of the member in close proximity to the use of his publication.
Any content published online by the User is under his sole responsibility. The User commits to not publishing on line any contents that might violate the interests of any third parties. Any legal action initiated by a prejudiced third party against the site will be borne by the User.
The User’s content can be deleted or modified by the website at any time and for any reason, without any warning.

Article 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The French law applies to the present contract. Where no amicable solution can be found to any dispute, the French courts will be the only relevant ones to hear the dispute.
